Little Matteo from Austria is a friend she spends lots of time with at the park and at playgroup. She has taken him under her wing and spends time teaching him how to do things, yet also chides him when he doesn't listen to his mother. He only understands German so he just giggles at her when he gets in trouble.
Stop this right now! I already like her little friend. I mean he is in full on snow gear.. who doesn't love that?! And Julia is as delectable as ever!
